Subject: WASP middle-class heteronormative pretense in action/inaction. Hypothesis: Unless he gets help later (which his privilege may allow), this little boy’s emotional issues will be invisible until he hurts himself and/or others somewhere down the road. Everyone in his community will be “sh(L)ocked” that mild-mannered Timmy did something crazy and folks around him will take prozac to deal with it, thus repeating Amurican cycles of self-worship and hedonism. When the Banks & corporate state finally dispossess their homes, safety/security, healthcare, etc., they will no longer have the resources to hide their individual/collective trauma, thus liberating them from pretending everything is okay when it clearly is not. Hopefully, this transformation will take place before the Keystone XL Pipeline Project goes through and becomes the tipping point to the irreversible collapse of our ecosystem.
